This customized meal plan package is here to help you improve your health and motivate you to do it yourself! Not only will I customize your monthly menu but I will be there to help guide you through the weeks so you can be successful! I will show you how to grocery shop, cook and eat delicious, healthy meals! Together we will plan out a menu based upon your specific needs and wants. The key is to really find out what works for you! Learn how to create easy meals so you can feel confident in the kitchen and take control of your health. This includes a 1-month personalized meal plan, weekly recipes, grocery shopping lists, 2 virtual cooking lessons & bi-weekly check-ins.

My DFY meal service is designed to help save you time and reduce stress when it comes to planning your meals for the week! My goal is to help you feel prepared to take on your busy workdays and feel nourished, satisfied and in control. We will plan out customized meals for you based upon your specific needs and wants. I’ll grocery shop, prepare and deliver delicious, healthy meals for you and your family in the Minneapolis, MN area. This includes: a 60-minute consultation, 5 customized meals for the entire work week and free delivery.

Private Cooking Lessons

Become a boss in the kitchen and learn how to create quick, healthy and delicious recipes! My goal is for you to feel confident and expand your culinary skills so you can easily make nutritious meals for you and your family! This lesson is perfect if you want to learn how to nourish your body, take charge of your health and achieve food freedom. Our time together will be tailored to your own desires and based upon your personalized health goals. Lessons will be offered virtually or in-person in the Twin Cities area. This service includes groceries for 1 entree, a cooking lesson in person or virtually, and a printed recipe to go along with!

Personal Holistic Chef

Be in the comfort of your own home as you learn how to cook healthy food quickly and deliciously! These lessons will help you gain confidence in the kitchen so that you can live a happy, healthy life! Our time together will be tailored to your own needs. Together we can meal prep for your week or explore how to make more plant-based dishes! Offered in the Minneapolis, MN area! This includes: a 2 hour cooking session in your home + recipes and tips on how to do it yourself! I will also be responsible for prep and clean-up!
