I usually prefer a savory breakfast, like avocado toast and eggs, but I’ve been craving pancakes lately! It’s so easy to make your own and you only need 5 ingredients. 1/2 cup oat flour – I just grind up some rolled oats in a blender to get a flour like texture 1 egg 1/2 banana 1/2 cup Almond milk (or any milk) Cinnamon Mix everything together and cook for 3 minutes per side I used coconut oil instead of a non-stick spray This recipe makes one big pancake or 3 small ones.
