1) I roasted some cauliflower, cherry tomatoes and red onion with olive oil, salt, pepper and red chili flakes.

2) I sauteed some canned organic chickpeas in olive oil with garlic, turmeric, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper.3) I added my roasted cauliflower to the pan and tossed4) I squeezed over some lemon and added a handful of spinach and basil5) Enjoy
